Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control initiatives
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for 15+ business units
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A financial due diligence
- Mentor 5-member finance team on technical best practices
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and multi-currency accounting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI
- Proven track record in managing high-growth tech divisions
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite executives
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
