Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage financial reporting to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Direct a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate finance
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance and internal audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
