Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Develop and implement financial controls for SOX compliance
- Direct budgeting/forecasting for $50M+ operations
- Manage treasury functions and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (NetSuite)
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board members
- Mentor finance team of 6 professionals
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- SOX compliance and internal audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools
- ERP implementation expertise (NetSuite/SAP)
- Public company reporting experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Colorado Springs local preferred
