Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Manage financial reporting for executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate accounting with 3+ in leadership
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Experience in public accounting or tech industry
- Expert in financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional environments
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
