Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with strict compliance standards
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and M&A initiatives
- Manage financial reporting for corporate stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Lead a team of finance professionals and drive process improvements
- Drive financial analysis to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller or senior financial leadership role
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record in financial operations management and team leadership
- Experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
