- Oversee monthly/quarterly closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ operations
- Manage SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Mentor finance staff and optimize departmental performance
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- Expertise in corporate accounting systems (NetSuite/SAP preferred)
- Proven leadership in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Big Four public accounting background strongly preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech/manufacturing sectors
