Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, and payroll
- Partner with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Lead cross-functional financial initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
