Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for strategic decision support
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5+ finance professionals
- Partner with C-suite on M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Implement advanced ERP system integrations and process automations
- Present financial analyses to Board of Directors and investors
- Mentor junior controllers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI analytics
- Experience with SEC filings and international GAAP standards
- Proven track record in scaling finance operations for $1B+ companies
- Expertise in risk assessment and internal control frameworks
- Master's degree in Finance or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
