Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Lead financial reporting for stakeholders including board members and investors
- Optimize financial processes through automation and technology solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive financial management experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Proven track record of leading financial teams and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience in high-growth tech or corporate services industries preferred
