Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Lead a team of 5+ finance professionals through mentorship and development
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong SOX compliance and internal control experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
