Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly/quarterly closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Manage financial operations team of 5 professionals
- Present financial insights to C-suite and board members
- Drive process improvements across finance functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- CPA certification required
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel
- Experience with high-growth tech or corporate environments
- Proven track record in team management and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
