Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting for corporate entities
- Oversee SOX compliance initiatives and internal controls framework
- Develop and implement financial policies across business units
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning and analysis
- Manage external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
- Coordinate cross-departmental financial initiatives
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial modeling tools
- Experience in energy or Fortune 500 corporate environment preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and GAAP
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
