Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and audits
- Develop and implement internal controls and compliance frameworks

- Direct accounting operations and treasury management
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance
- Proven experience in controller or similar leadership role
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state operations and tax compliance
