Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting for $500M+ revenue portfolio
- Develop and implement internal controls ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital management strategies
- Partner with department heads to align financial planning with business objectives
- Direct team of 8+ finance professionals through performance coaching and mentorship
- Drive process optimization through automation and ERP system enhancements
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive financial leadership experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in SOX compliance, GAAP standards, and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI reporting tools
- Proven track record of managing high-volume transaction processing teams
- Strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Texas CPA license or ability to obtain within 90 days
