Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal audits
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models
- Manage corporate tax planning and compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Mentor finance department staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in leadership role with team management
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financials
- Proven experience with M&A financial due diligence
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
