Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial operations
- Mentor junior finance professionals and develop talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate settings
- Strong expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Proven track record of leading finance teams
- Experience in multi-state corporate operations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
