Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly closings and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive experience in corporate finance with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
