Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, including SEC filings and consolidated statements
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Partner with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive process optimization through automation and financial system enhancements
- Manage external audits and relationships with banking/institution partners
- Mentor finance team members through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multinational tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven track record in process improvement and system migrations
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Experience in publicly traded companies preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
