Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for multi-entity corporate structure
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Prepare executive-level financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and workflows
- Provide strategic financial guidance for M&A activities and capital allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in multi-state regulatory compliance and tax reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
