- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Drive SOX compliance and internal control improvements
- Partner with executive team on strategic financial planning and M&A activities
- Mentor finance team members and optimize department workflows
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead audit processes with external stakeholders
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years progressive finance experience
- 5+ years in controller role within SaaS/tech industry
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-entity accounting
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and ERP systems
- Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills
- Proven experience managing high-performing finance teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
