Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and automation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 financial analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- CPA certification required with 7+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven expertise in corporate financial reporting and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling
- Strong leadership experience managing finance teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
