Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly closes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and internal controls
- Partner with executive team on M&A activities and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
- Mentor finance team members and develop department KPIs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Proven experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ professionals
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
