Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for $500M+ portfolio
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial decision-making
- Manage a team of 5+ finance professionals and develop talent pipeline
- Drive process improvements through automation and digital transformation
- Present financial insights to board of directors and executive committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience in corporate setting
- 5+ years managing teams and SOX compliance oversight
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and automation
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Big 4 public accounting background preferred
