Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for 15+ department heads
- Develop and optimize internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Analyze financial performance metrics and present insights to executive leadership
- Manage cross-functional treasury operations and risk assessment
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor 5-person finance team through performance development plans
- Coordinate external audits and manage banking relationships
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in corporate finance leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial modules
- Proven track record in SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Expertise in GAAP accounting and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience scaling finance operations for high-growth companies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
