Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes for corporate entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage internal controls compliance and SOX 404 implementation
- Direct accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Supervise finance department staff and mentor junior analysts
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in corporate or financial services industry
- CPA or CMA certification required
