Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budget forecasting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and business expansion
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners
- Mentor a team of 5+ accounting professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive financial management experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of leading successful financial transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
