Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Supervise accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in controller role
- Expertise in corporate accounting systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Strong SOX compliance and internal control background
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven leadership managing accounting teams
