Responsibilities
- Oversee all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead financial statement preparation and SEC reporting compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and capital allocation
- Lead cross-departmental financial planning initiatives
- Mentor and develop finance team members through performance coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Proven expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong leadership background with team management experience
