Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives
- Direct budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Supervise accounting team (5+ professionals)
- Drive process improvements for financial operations
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years leadership
- Expertise in GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience in multi-state operations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
