Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for executive decision-making
- Manage internal controls and audit processes for 200+ corporate accounts
- Direct cross-functional budgeting and strategic planning initiatives
- Mentor 5-person finance team through performance development programs
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A financial due diligence and integration
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial systems
- Proven track record in leading SOX 404 compliance programs
- MBA or Master's in Finance from AACSB-accredited institution
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and treasury operations
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling expertise
