- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes for 15+ corporate accounts
- Develop and implement financial controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting/forecasting initiatives with 95%+ accuracy
- Manage cross-departmental financial reporting dashboards
- Mentor 5+ financial analysts using performance-based KPIs
- Drive process optimization reducing reporting cycles by 30%
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and audit committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SOX 404 compliance
- Advanced Excel modeling and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in financial risk management
