Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging tech paradigms and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
