Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
