Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the night shift operations team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor and analyze real-time operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Oversee security protocols and facility maintenance during off-hours.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and high-level decision-making independently.
- Prepare and submit daily shift reports to the Senior Management team.
- Maintain strict compliance with corporate policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer support.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a shift-work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
