Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise SaaS platform serving 500K+ users
- Define product roadmap by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and business KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver quarterly releases with 95% on-time delivery
- Champion data-driven decision making through A/B testing and user analytics
- Present product vision to C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Mentor junior PMs through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record launching enterprise products with $5M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling products in high-growth environments
