Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed requirement documents and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Document system changes and maintain process improvement logs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
