What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Shift Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining our data integrity and supporting key business initiatives during off-peak hours. Your insights will directly influence decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders to define business needs and project scopes.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation.
- Perform data validation, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to identify operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekend operations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on product features and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of business processes and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core shift team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
