Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with SaaS/fintech focus
- Proven track record launching B2B products with 10M+ users
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in PSM, CSM, or equivalent preferred
