Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Monitor KPIs and project health through JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project tools
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or technology environments
- Proven PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall hybrid approaches
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workforces
- Track record of delivering complex projects with $1M+ budgets
