Responsibilities
- Lead complex IT projects from conception to closure, managing scope, timeline, and budget
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments and executive leadership
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks while adapting to organizational needs
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using Jira and Confluence
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and organizational governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record managing $500k+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software delivery
