Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from inception to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product specialists to align on project goals and roadmaps
- Implement agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates, presentations, and executive briefings
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project metrics and implementing best practices
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols and compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech or software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required (or equivalent professional certification)
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and project management software (Asana, Monday.com)
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Experience in budget management and resource optimization for projects exceeding $1M
