Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development across all organizational levels
- Risk mitigation, budget oversight, and resource allocation optimization
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development projects
- Performance tracking using KPIs and reporting to executive leadership
- Vendor management and contract negotiation for external partnerships
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with enterprise-scale projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
