Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level IT initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and implement best practices
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive presentations and status reports
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall hybrid models
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud migration, or fintech projects
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
