Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and implement Scrum methodologies
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial controls are maintained
- Generate comprehensive project reports and performance metrics
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in technology sector
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Certification in PMP, CSM, or Prince2 required
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M
