Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project execution from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate 10-15 cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product departments
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives on weekends
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans
- Present project status to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Strong background in tech product development lifecycles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven weekend environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
