Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and client leadership
- Budget management ($1M+ project portfolios) with P&L accountability
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for cross-functional teams
- Vendor management and third-party integration oversight
- Process improvement implementation across PMO practices
- Mentorship of 3+ junior project managers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CSM certification required (MBA preferred)
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale projects ($500K+ budgets)
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian suite
- Experience with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating complex delivery leadership
