Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Coordinate 10+ cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA departments
- Manage project budgets exceeding $500K with weekly financial reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status meetings
- Implement Jira/Asana workflows to optimize project tracking and team productivity
- Drive process improvements and implement PMO best practices across the organization
- Mentor junior project managers while maintaining compliance with PMI standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/IT sector
- Active PMP or CSM certification with ongoing professional development
- Expertise in enterprise-level project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Proven success managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced skills in budget forecasting and resource optimization
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
