Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
- Agile Management: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and minimize disruption.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and team utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
