Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level technology initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and communication with federal agencies and private sector partners
- Resource allocation and budget management with P&L responsibility
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Team leadership and mentorship of 5-7 project coordinators
- Compliance adherence to federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in federal contracting
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing $2M+ IT projects
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
