Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Manage cross-functional teams (dev, QA, UX) across 3+ concurrent projects
- Develop project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and scope creep
- Report project status to executive stakeholders weekly
- Implement continuous improvement processes in project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with PMP/Scrum Master certification
- Proven experience managing SaaS/cloud infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong background in budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
